Shipping across Customs Barriers

There are no customs duties for articles shipped within the European Union. Generally, no customs declaration is required. The package is simply provided by the shipping service provider.

If we ship goods outside the European Union, we will issue a customs declaration and an invoice to the parcel. The customs authority of the recipient country shall examine the consignment and the documents on importation. The recipient is responsible for the customs declaration and compliance with import regulations. It is possible that charges or taxes can be raised as part of the customs procedure. Please note: These charges must be paid by the recipient. Please inform yourself about the import requirements in your country before placing your order. The website of the customs authorities can usually provide you with relevant information.
